Frozen Food Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of frozen food products and cold chain handling requirements, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions. Please review the policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Frozen Food Sales Policy
Frozen food products are highly sensitive to temperature and handling conditions. For food safety and quality control reasons, most frozen food purchases are considered final sale once the product has been delivered or picked up.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Frozen food products that have been accepted upon delivery
- Products that have been stored outside controlled cold-chain conditions
- Products that have been opened, repackaged, or altered
- Orders delayed due to customer pickup or storage arrangements
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the confirmed order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
To process the claim, customers may be required to provide:
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Order reference number
- Description of the issue
After review, we may offer one of the following resolutions:
- Product replacement (if available)
- Store credit
- Partial refund depending on the case
4. Temperature Responsibility
Once frozen products are delivered or picked up, responsibility for proper cold storage transfers to the customer.
2071 cannot accept returns or claims resulting from improper storage, delayed pickup, or temperature exposure after the product has been released.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed, prepared, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Certain special orders, bulk purchases, or supplier-allocated products may be non-cancellable once confirmed.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds may be issued through one of the following methods:
- Store credit
- Order replacement
- Refund to original payment method (where applicable)
Refund decisions are made based on product condition, claim evidence, and operational verification.
