2071 Frozen Mart provides frozen and chilled food distribution under controlled cold chain conditions. Delivery availability, service level, and fees may vary depending on delivery area, order weight, and order value.

We currently support area-based cold chain delivery across selected Metro Vancouver regions.

- Surrey / Coquitlam / Delta / New Westminster / White Rock
- North Vancouver / West Vancouver / Langley

Delivery Methods
The delivery methods shown at checkout may include one or more of the following:
- Express Cold Chain Delivery — estimated 1–2 business days
- Next Day Cold Chain Delivery — next business day service where available
- Same Day Cold Chain Delivery — available for selected areas and eligible orders only
Certain products, remote locations, weekends, holidays, or route limitations may affect available options.
Delivery Policy

| Unattended delivery | We do not recommend unattended delivery for frozen or chilled products unless specifically agreed in writing. |
| Failed delivery | If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal, access issues, or other customer-side causes, re-delivery fees may apply. |
Warehouse Pickup
Eligible customers may choose pickup where available.

2071 No.6 Road, Richmond, BC, Canada
Pickup orders must be collected within the confirmed pickup window. Products not collected on time may require rescheduling.
Product Condition on Arrival
Customers must inspect the shipment promptly upon delivery or pickup.
- Check carton count and packaging condition
- Check for obvious thawing, leakage, or damage
- Report any visible issue immediately at the point of receipt
Delivery Responsibility & Risk Transfer
- 2071 Frozen Mart is responsible for preparing and dispatching products in saleable condition under our standard cold chain handling procedures up to the point of delivery or pickup release.
- Once the order has been delivered to the customer, the customer’s representative, building receiving staff, or another person authorized at the delivery address, responsibility for product care, storage, and temperature control transfers to the customer.
- Risk of loss, damage, temperature deviation, or deterioration transfers upon successful delivery, signed receipt, acceptance of goods, or pickup release, whichever occurs first.
- If the customer requests that goods be left unattended, left with concierge/reception, or delivered without direct inspection, such delivery shall be deemed accepted at the time of drop-off, and all responsibility thereafter rests with the customer.
- Claims for shortage, visible damage, or obvious delivery issues must be reported immediately upon receipt and supported, where possible, by photos and order details.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by delayed unloading, refusal to receive goods, customer absence, inadequate on-site cold storage, incorrect delivery information, or mishandling after receipt.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact name, and reachable phone number.
- Ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the order during the delivery window.
- Prepare proper frozen or chilled storage immediately upon receipt.
- Review all products before signing or accepting delivery where possible.
- Notify us promptly regarding any confirmed issue related to the shipment.
